'The Hills' Picked Up For Season 6 Despite Ratings Slope

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- "The Hills" may have sloped in the ratings after the departure of Lauren Conrad, but it has been picked up for a sixth season, Variety reported on Wednesday night.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, around one-third of the "The Hills" audience tuned out after the 23-year-old LC departed the MTV reality show, but it will get a new season. "The City," starring former "Hills" star Whitney Port, has been picked up for another season as well.
