LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Pregnancy brings out a natural glow, but it can also wreak havoc on skin.

Chanel Celebrity Makeup Artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua, who has worked with moms Halle Berry and Michelle Williams, as well as stars Jessica Biel, Hilary Swank and Rosario Dawson, shares makeup and skincare tips for pregnant women and new moms.

"I wouldn't raise [Matilda] there. For all the obvious reasons - being the daughter of... Being an actor's daughter. It's a town that's about one thing and I want her to have options," Michelle told Britain's Telegraph newspaper.

Ledger won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as The Joker in "The Dark Knight."

It is the first Oscar for the late actor, whose family accepted the award on his behalf.

Oliver Ackland, 29, beat out 150 applications to win the scholarship, which was designed to give an Aussie actor a leg up in Hollywood.

According to The Australian newspaper, Heath's parents - Kim and Sally, and his sister, Kate -- were among the family members who landed at LAX and spoke with reporters.

The family will be attending the Oscars this weekend.
