In an interview posted on the new Web Site, The Daily Beast (former Vanity Fair and New Yorker editor Tina Brown's new online media venture), Lopez discusses a host of controversial topics with writer Kevin Sessums.

However, her rep tells Access Hollywood that, "Jennifer Lopez did not do an interview for the Daily Beast."

Lopez did, however, do an interview with Sessums for this month's ELLE cover story, but after the first session took place of what was supposed to be a two-part interview, Lopez and her team "weren't comfortable with the questioning," according to her rep, who acknowledged that they asked that another writer interview Lopez instead.
