ABC and CBS have been discouraging their talent from booking appearances on the funnyman's new primetime show, Jay confirmed on Tuesday when Julia Louis-Dreyfus appeared on his program.

"Never. Go home!" he joked with Access Hollywood on Thursday night at the "Curb Your Enthusiasm" Season 7 premiere in New York.

In an interview with Showbiz 411's Roger Friedman, the "Whatever Works" star said that Michael has changed in the wake of his now infamous stand-up evening gone wrong at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood in November 2006, in which Richards used the N-word repeatedly.

Conan will begin his run on "The Tonight Show" on June 1 with "Land of the Lost" star Will Ferrell - who was his last guest on "Late Night" - and grunge icons Pearl Jam.

Neil Patrick Harris will host the awards to air on TV Land on Sunday, April 26 at 8PM ET. All of this year's honorees are cultural icons representing a cross-section of classic and modern television.
