The actress was to attend the premiere of her film "Ghost Town."

The cancellation comes in the wake of husband David Duchovny entering rehab for sex addiction, which the "Californication" star revealed to Access Hollywood last week.

The star, who turns 40 next month, is expecting her third child, and her second with boyfriend Mark Griffiths.

Anderson told Access Hollywood last night that everything was good with her impending arrival, which she confirmed is due in October.
