NEW YORK, New York -- Despite the rumors of a split between Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie, a rep for the singer told Access Hollywood the couple is not planning to separate.

"Madonna's husband Guy arrived in New York last night to be with his wife and family," Madonna's rep, Liz Rosenberg, said in a statement released to Access. "There are no plans for Madonna and Guy to divorce."
