Ryan O'Neal Headed To 90210 As Teddy's Dad

The 68-year-old actor will play the father of teen hunk Teddy, played by former soap star Trevor Donovan, a rep at The CW confirmed to Access Hollywood.

Episodes featuring Ryan are expected to begin airing in April.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Alicia Silverstone has fond memories of Brittany Murphy, her co-star in 1995's "Clueless" - the film that launched them both to fame.

"I always felt connected to her as we shared a very special experience in our lives together," she said in a statement to Access Hollywood, hours after news broke that Brittany had died on Sunday morning at the age of 32. "I feel love in my heart for her - and hope she is at peace. This is truly sad."
